Yummy Eclair Cake

This is one of my favorite dessert recipes! Eclair Cake! It's simple to make and yummy to eat. The best part is that you can make this as a low fat dessert by substituting  the milk, cream cheese, pudding and whipped cream with fat free ones.

Puffy Cake Part

  • cup boiling water

  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter

  • cup flour

  • eggs

  • Directions:

      Pour boiling water over margarine, let melt. and add flour.

      Mix until smooth.

      Add eggs one at a time, beat after each egg.

      Pour into greased pan/dish. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.


    5. ounces cream cheese , softened
    6. cups milk
    7. ounces instant vanilla pudding
    8. Directions:
    9. For filling; slowly mix milk into the cream cheese. Add pudding mix and beat until smooth. The mixture will thicken.

    10. When crust is cooled, spread filling on crust.

      16 ounces of Cool Whip
      Bottle/Jar of Chocolate Syrup

    11. Spread Cool Whip on top, and drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Refrigerate.
